Our building is on Gilman Street between 8th and 9th Streets in Berkeley, CA. The building is over 40,000 square feet. We have a great group of tenants. The Building
950 Gilman is on the South Side of Gilman Street between 8th and 9th Streets in Berkeley, CA. The building was built in phases between 1962 and 1975. It is a mixed use tenancy. We have a wide range of offices, and several very cool large spaces. The neighborhood is dynamic and funky, with a vibrant mix of professionals, technologists, soft-industry, small businesses, inventors, artists, entrepreneurs, great restaurants, and shops.
